Luis Ferrero is the current UX Director at iuvity. Luis has a strong background in defining and executing strategies for developing customer experiences, particularly in designing financial products for web and mobile channels. In the past, Luis also served as a Product Designer, leading design efforts for B2B portals and e-commerce solutions. Their experience includes working as a Private Banking and Internet Marketing Executive at Banco Mercantil. Luis has also received education from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) and IEA.
