Raquel Casertano has an extensive background in operations and human resources, beginning with a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Moet Hennessy USA in 2010. Raquel advanced to various positions at Rokkan, serving as Senior Resource Manager, Associate Director of Operations, and ultimately VP of Operations until 2017.
