Clark Kent

Clark Kent's work experience begins in 2006 at Lightspeed Fine Art, Inc. where they served as a Customer Support and Web Developer. During their time there, they implemented a product search database to increase online sales and developed backup and recovery protocols to reduce data failure. Clark also provided technical support in network connectivity and desktop applications.

In 2012, Clark joined BirchStreet Systems as a Project Manager for Inventory Operations. Clark was personally requested by the Director of Global Procurement for Four Seasons Hotels to lead the implementation of BirchStreet's inventory module across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Clark assessed customer needs and developed implementation plans for BirchStreet's e-Procurement system.

In 2014, Clark transitioned to Ivalua as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Clark led the planning and implementation of importing 50 million lines of spend data within a specified 90-day timeframe for a major fast food chain. Clark also met with clients to discuss business requirements and developed sprints with the development team for feature implementation and refinement.

In 2019, Clark moved into the role of Senior Instructional Lead at Ivalua. Clark planned the curriculum and training sessions for internal employees, partner companies, and customers. Clark worked directly with partners and customers to provide training and created scripted, recorded, and edited videos for the online course library.

Clark Kent attended Long Beach City College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Programming. Clark then went on to study at Westwood College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Game Software Development. Additionally, in 2017, Clark obtained a Source to Contract Certification from Ivalua.
