Patrick ROBERT is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Ivalua since 2009, Patrick has held various leadership roles, including Directeur de Comptes and Directeur de Production. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Ivalua from 2004 to 2008, serving as Responsable Qualité / TMA and Consultant for change management. Patrick's earlier career includes project management roles at Cegedim Relationship Management and Société Générale. Academically, Patrick holds multiple degrees from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in management and sociology, as well as an engineering degree in Computer Science from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DUT in Management Informatics from IUT Orsay.
