John Wagner is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in various engineering roles. They began their career as a Co-op Student at Suncor Energy in 2015 and subsequently gained experience at PotashCorp and Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. After serving as an Underground Mine Engineer at Nevada Gold Mines from 2020 to 2023, John advanced to Senior Underground Mine Engineer and currently holds the position of Principal Mining Engineer at Ivanhoe Electric. John is also pursuing an Executive MBA at both Queen's University and Cornell University, set to graduate in 2027, while working towards a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering at the University of Alberta.
