Thomas White

Thomas White is a Senior Hydrogeologist at Ivanhoe Electric since March 2022, where responsibilities include conducting technical studies related to the hydrogeology of the Santa Cruz project site, evaluating water quality and quantity for mine planning, and managing hydrogeological fieldwork. Previously, Thomas served as a Senior Geologist/Project Manager, overseeing a team while optimizing workflow. Prior experience includes working as a Hydrogeologist at Resolution Copper from December 2010 to February 2022, managing multiple site investigation projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Thomas volunteered at The Bolsa Chica Conservancy, delivering presentations on local geology and participating in environmental cleanups, and served as an Assistant Researcher for the Sacramento River Preservation Trust in 2008. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2009.
