In 2016, they obtained the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ certifications, all from CompTIA. In 2019, David obtained the Coveo Basic Analytics and Coveo Intermediate Analytics certifications from Coveo. In 2021, they obtained the Ivanti Endpoint Manager Certified Administrator certification from Ivanti. Most recently, in 2023, David obtained the certification for Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers from LinkedIn.
