David Johanning

David Johanning has a strong background in sales and account management. David is currently working at Ivanti as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, where they collaborate with a diverse team to service Enterprise level accounts in various industries. Prior to this, they held the position of Security Sales Specialist at Ivanti, where they worked with enterprise level accounts in the Midwest, providing IT device security and endpoint discovery technologies.

Before joining Ivanti, David worked at SAS as an Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on strategic account development and acquiring new accounts in industries such as manufacturing, energy, retail, and mining. At SAS, they utilized various technologies to solve complex data-related problems and drive business transformation.

David also has experience at Oracle Corporation as a Sr. Account Executive, assisting customers in their transition to cloud-based applications and providing infrastructure solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Exact as a Regional Sales Manager, specializing in SaaS ERP solutions for manufacturing and wholesale distribution.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a talent for building and managing sales teams. David has experience in marketing software technologies, engineering services, IT infrastructure, and custom software development. David has also successfully managed strategic accounts in the automotive, medical, and industrial machinery sectors.

David Johanning attended the SolidWorks Leadership Institute at Boston University in 2005, where they pursued a degree in School of Management. David also completed a Sales training program at Sandler Sales Training. Additionally, David obtained a 2-year technical diploma in Mechanical Drafting & Design from Albert Lea Area Vocational Technical Institute. David completed their high school education at Fairmont MN High School, with a general field of study.
