Jagadish

Jagadish MS has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and technical management roles. Jagadish is currently working as a Quality Assurance Technical Manager at Ivanti, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior QA Engineer at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they worked on Aruba controllers and gateways and handled customer escalations.

Before their time at Aruba, Jagadish was a QA Technical Manager at GhangorCloud from 2019 to 2020. Jagadish also served as a Sustaining QA Manager & Customer Escalations Manager at Pulse Secure from 2014 to 2019, where they delivered numerous releases and managed software testing.

Earlier in their career, Jagadish worked as a Tech Lead & Customer Escalations Manager at Juniper Networks from 2009 to 2014. Jagadish was responsible for testing various products and handling customer escalations. Jagadish also led a team size of 5-10.

Prior to Juniper Networks, Jagadish served as a customer escalation manager at Tech Mahindra from 2005 to 2009. Jagadish started their career as a QA Technical Lead at Nokia India Private Limited from 2003 to 2005, where they managed teams for different projects.

Jagadish began their career as a QA Engineer at Intoto Inc. in 2000, where they worked on testing firewalls, IPVPN, and other network technologies. The company was later acquired by Freescale Semiconductor in 2008.

Jagadish MS completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in the field of Computer Science. Jagadish then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from svu. In addition to their formal education, Jagadish MS has obtained multiple certifications.
