Robert Douglas

Robert Douglas is an ITIL Expert with certifications in ITIL 4, MCP, CSM, CCI, and CCE. Currently serving as Supervisor and Principal Consultant at Ivanti since 2022, Robert leverages extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior ITIL/ITSM Solutions Consultant at BEYOND20 and Owner of Red Key Solutions, Inc., and Red Pepper Solutions, LLC. At BEYOND20, Robert focused on customizing IT service management solutions for clients to align technology with business objectives. Earlier experience includes supporting eBay’s Network Operations Center and leading projects to enhance operational efficiency. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
