James Todd

James Todd is an accomplished company director and private equity investor with extensive experience in various leadership roles. They co-founded Wolseley Private Equity, serving as Managing Director from 1999 to 2018, and are currently a Non-Executive Director for several companies, including Bapcor, IVE Group, HRL Holdings, and Coventry Group. James has also held positions such as Chairman for IVE Group and nextmedia, and Director for Guardian Childcare Alliance and Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, along with a Postgraduate Diploma from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Currently, James is also enrolled in the Private Equity Program at Harvard Business School.
