Maria has always been interested in sales and marketing and after completing their studies in Business Administration, they decided to pursue a career in this field. Maria started their career working as a Vermögensberaterin at Sparkasse Kraichgau before moving to Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw where they worked in private banking. In 2019, they took a position as a Koordinatorin Jugendliche & Mentoren at JOBLINGE before moving to their current role as a Customer Relationship Specialist at Fidelity International in 2021.

Maria Bieringer's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen from the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Karlsruhe.
