Francesca Chieppa

Francesca Chieppa is currently serving as an HR Plant Specialist at Iveco Group since July 2022, overseeing HR functions for the Suzzara IVECO Plant, which has over 2300 permanent and 240 temporary staff members. Responsibilities include recruitment, training project management, development, DE&I initiatives, disciplinary processes, and absenteeism management. Prior experience includes a role as HR Business Support at FPT Industrial and hospitality-focused positions at Ersel and Juventus Football Club. Francesca holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Torino and has furthered her education through an HR Analytics Intensive Course at Talent Garden and an exchange program at Universität Trier.
