Massimo Praz

Massimo Praz serves as the Head of Iveco Academy at Iveco Group since November 2021, overseeing global training initiatives, including sales, aftersales, and coaching programs. Previously, Massimo held the position of Global Head of Customer Service Lifecycle, where responsibilities encompassed managing aftersales requirements during product development. Prior experience includes various roles at CNH Industrial, where Massimo directed aftermarket solutions and processes, and earlier positions at Iveco, Heuliez BUS, and Irisbus with a focus on quality management and technical support. Massimo's educational background includes a degree from Politecnico di Torino, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
