Tim Cox

Tim Cox has a strong background in IT, starting with their role as a Support Technician at John Deere Information Systems, Inc. Tim then worked as a Support Specialist at Fidlar Technologies, where they supported the company's software on county government record management offices. Tim then moved on to the role of Network/Systems Administrator at the City of Franklin, VA, where they were responsible for various technology-related services. Tim joined iVenture Solutions as a Network Engineer, where they provided support for Windows server technologies and handled Tier 2 escalations from the help desk. Tim continued to excel at iVenture Solutions, taking on roles such as Project Engineer, Technical Team Lead, Sr. Systems Engineer, and finally, Sr. Project Engineer. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated a strong technical foundation, with a focus on Windows servers, applications, and network technologies, as well as migration procedures. Tim has also shown dedication to customer service and has experience in project management and team guidance.

Tim Cox attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technology. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they completed bachelor's degree prerequisites in Computer Science & Electronics Management at Southwestern Illinois College.
