Don Luo

Don Luo has over 25 years of work experience in the field of biostatistics. Don'smost recent role is as the Senior Director of Biostatistics at Iveric Bio, An Astellas Company, which they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Don worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as the Director of Biostatistics from November 2006 to March 2022. Don also worked at Pfizer as an Associate Director of Biostatistics from August 2004 to November 2006, and at Novartis as a Sr. Principal Biostatistician from September 2001 to August 2004. Before that, Don had roles at Pfizer as a Sr. Statistician from October 1998 to September 2001, at MetaWorks, Inc as a Sr. Statistician from February 1996 to October 1998, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Sr. Data Analyst from June 1995 to February 1996.

Don Luo earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Statistics from the State University of New York - System, completing the program from 1990 to 1995.
