Swapnil S. has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Swapnil began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Team Leader at Spanco BPO. In 2011, they joined Kohinoor Technical Institute as a System Administrator and ICICI Securities as an Internal Auditor. In 2013, they became a Level 2 Desktop Engineer at Lester, Inc. and in 2014, they took on roles as Proprietor & Head of Operations at iTech Business & Technical Support Services, Co-Founder at Syndicom Pvt. Ltd., and Founder & Chief Executive Officer at iVertique Corporate Solutions Inc. In 2018, they founded The First Resource.

Swapnil S. began their educational journey at RST's Secondary School in Chembur, where they completed their S.S.C. between 1999 and 2005. Swapnil then attended ICLE's Motilal Jhunjhunwala College in Vashi, where they completed their Junior College in Science between 2005 and 2007. Finally, they attended Ramnarain Ruia College in Matunga, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Computer Applications.
