Devon Grace

Devon Grace is the current Director of Finance & Analytics at iVET360. Prior to this, they spent over three years as the Operations Manager at Audigy Group, where they provided operational management consulting to a portfolio of independent audiology practice owners and their support staff to develop and implement new processes and systems to drive practice growth, improve efficiency, and expand patient satisfaction.

Before their time at Audigy Group, Devon was the Deputy Director of Operations, Business Advancement at AMERICA'S HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS (AHIP) for just under six years. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of account managers who cultivated new business opportunities and managed key accounts.

Devon has a proven track record in developing and implementing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and expand client satisfaction. Devon is a skilled communicator and leader, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.

Devon Grace graduated with a BA in Economics from Willamette University and went on to get a Project Management Certificate from George Mason University.

They are on a team with Tom Dorwaldt - Creative Director, Oliver Roller - Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, and Justin Vandeberghe - Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer.
