Navin Dua

Director, Engineering at Ivex Protective Packaging

Navin Dua has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Navin most recently served as the Director of Engineering at Ivex Protective Packaging, a leading packaging company. Prior to that, they were the Director of Manufacturing at Plaskolite Rotuba Profiles, where they oversaw production for a large custom profile extruder. Navin also held the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Midwest Hose & Specialty, where they played a critical role in setting up a manufacturing plant for hydraulic fracking. Navin has also worked as the BU Director of Quality and Process Engineering at Tekni-Plex, Inc., overseeing quality departments and process engineers at multiple plant locations. Navin started their career at Fixopan Engineers Pvt. Ltd as a Production/Sales Engineer and later worked as the Production/Engineering Manager at Patwin Plastics, Inc. In addition, Navin has the experience of starting their own company, Sinecos Group of Companies, where they served as Director/CEO/Plant Management. Throughout their career, Navin has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise in process engineering, and a track record of successful project implementation.

Navin Dua attended Summer Fields School from 1970 to 1982, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science. Afterward, they enrolled in Pant College - Board of Technical Education from 1982 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Production Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Navin obtained the Microsoft Project 2010 certification from ONLC in January 2013. Additionally, they became a Qualified Predictive Index Analyst in DE, USA in 2011, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
