Constance C.

Constance C. is an accomplished healthcare leader currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Closing the Gap Healthcare Group since June 2024 and as an Adjunct Professor and Senior Fellow at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. In addition, Constance holds a position at Ivey Business School at Western University, where Constance contributes as LLD since June 2022. Constance has extensive experience, having previously served as the CEO of Closing the Gap Healthcare from 1991 to January 2018 and currently as Executive Chair of the Board since January 2019. Furthermore, Constance is involved as a specialist member for the Aging-in-Place project at the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health. With a strong commitment to enhancing the healthcare system in Canada, Constance actively promotes sustainable, publicly-funded healthcare while valuing integrity and ethical conduct in professional interactions. Constance holds nursing and health sciences degrees from institutions in Calgary and Australia, and completed the Quantum Shift Program at Ivey Business School at Western University.
