Julie Bernard is a Professeure chercheuse adjointe at the University of Waterloo since January 2025 and currently holds a postdoctoral fellowship at Ivey Business School at Western University, focusing on scaling nature-based climate solutions through an Indigenous- and community-led Conservation Impact Bond. Bernard has previously served as a Chargée de cours at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and obtained a PhD in management from Université Laval, where research centered on sustainable development integration and stakeholder inclusion.
