Roger Dickhout

Roger Dickhout is an influential business leader with extensive experience in private equity and sustainable investments. Currently serving as Chairman at Hawaii Coffee Company, Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Sojourner Consumer Partners, and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Ivey Business School's Centre for Building Sustainable Value, Roger is focused on investments in high-potential consumer-branded companies and sustainable food systems. As Principal of Pineridge Group, Roger has managed a diverse portfolio and was instrumental in acquisitions and exits of several companies in the food and consumer goods sector. With prior leadership roles including Director at Recochem Inc. and President & CEO at Lavo Inc., Roger has a proven track record in driving growth and innovation across multiple industries. Educationally, Roger holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
