Vicky Smith

Vicky Smith is a Senior Career Advisor at Ivey Business School at Western University since February 2020, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as President of Contact Coaching & Training Services, which spanned two decades from January 2000 to February 2020. Under Vicky’s leadership, Contact Coaching & Training Services focused on providing consulting, training, and career counseling to various sectors, specializing in career transition, outplacement programs, and the development of communication, leadership, and supervisory skills. Vicky holds a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Windsor.
