Yi Luo

Yi Luo, PhD, CPA, CA, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Ivey Business School at Western University since July 2023. Prior to this role, Yi Luo held a similar position at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University from July 2021 to June 2023 and worked as a Teaching Fellow at Smith School of Business at Queen's University in late 2017. Yi Luo's teaching experience includes the development of course materials and assessments for financial accounting courses. In the earlier career, Yi Luo worked as a Senior at Deloitte Canada, providing auditing, tax provision, and tax return preparation services from October 2012 to August 2015. Yi Luo holds a PhD in Accounting from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
