Don Fish

Don Fish has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Don is currently the Chief Executive Officer at IVFCryo LLC, where they are responsible for creating business partner relationships and developing business strategies to drive the company's growth. Prior to this, they served as the President of IVFCryo LLC, where they successfully launched additional trademark services and developed business strategies/goals/metric analysis. Don is also a Founder of IVFCryo LLC, where they created the risk assessment consulting algorithm and built the operational infrastructure to support the company's vision and growth.

Before joining IVFCryo LLC, Don worked at California Cryobank LLC as the Biorepository Director and Biorepository Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing facility operations, specimen inventory supply chain logistics, and project management of clinical study protocols.

Prior to California Cryobank LLC, Don worked at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis as the Facility Manager - CTSI Biorepository. Here, they managed facility operations, specimen inventory supply chain logistics, and project management of clinical study protocols. Don also worked as a Clinical Research Tech. / Project Manager at the university, supporting PI's via specimen processing, inventory management, supply chain logistics, assay's, and project management of clinical protocols.

Earlier in their career, Don worked as a Research Tech (Maize TILLING Project) at Purdue University, where they managed the manufacturing, quantitative analysis, and supply chain logistics of maize DNA. Don also worked as a QC Lab Tech. at Exide Technologies, where they were responsible for the ongoing quality control of manufactured products.

Don's work experience also includes roles as an Undergraduate Research & Thesis at IUPUI, where they developed innovative technologies and tools for scientific studies, and as a Medical Specialist in the Army National Guard and the US Army, where they provided medical treatment and managed a Urgent Care Facility.

Don Fish attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General.
