IVGrowth partners with commercial leadership to design, activate, and optimize a tailor-made growth plan that accelerates new business generation through outbound channels.

This addresses challenges such as:

➤ Defining an efficient commercial management system.
➤ Differentiating and positioning the value proposition in cold outreach.
➤ Reducing dependency on referrals or personal networks to generate new business.
➤ Identifying, contacting, and booking meetings with executive and C-level profiles through cold outreach.
➤ Shortening long sales cycles that often dilute initial interest.
➤ Maximizing the impact of prospecting efforts across channels like email, LinkedIn, and phone.
➤ Leveraging AI, automation, and cutting-edge tools (CRMs, note takers, etc.) to improve efficiency and agility in commercial operations.

What are the key pillars of this growth plan? In short:

1. Go-to-market strategy definition – who we target, through which channels, and with what message.

2. Outbound campaign execution & management – AI-powered demand generation aimed at target companies and decision-makers with real and specific business needs.

3. Sales team & process enablement – systematizing processes and operations to fully capitalize on the first two steps and build a commercial function capable of closing cold business.

We work with a portfolio of more than 20 clients (IT, SaaS, data, advertising, digital consultancies) across Spain and LATAM (Mexico and Colombia).
