Ashley Tocci

Ashley Lukan, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Employee Experience Manager at iVision since January 2023, Ashley focuses on integrating teams and enhancing employee engagement strategies following the acquisition of Plus Consulting. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Director of Employee Experience & HR at Plus Consulting, advocating for a People First Culture and leading initiatives in talent management and career development. Ashley's earlier career includes significant roles at UPMC, progressing from Human Resource Assistant to Senior Human Resources Consultant, where Ashley successfully led employee relations for a large IT division. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Westminster College.
