Bradley M. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 with RSG, Inc. (Assigned to Chick-fil-A Corporate) where they worked as a Helpdesk Analyst from August 2007 to July 2008. Bradley then transitioned to the role of Root cause analyst from July 2008 to May 2009. Following this, they joined OnsiteRIS (Assigned to Chick-fil-A Corporate) as a Desktop Architect in May 2009 and remained in this role until September 2014. In 2014, they joined iVision as a Consultant and later progressed to the role of Senior Consultant in February 2017, where they currently work.

Bradley M. completed their education at Griffin Technical College from 2005 to 2008, obtaining an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their college education, Bradley has acquired multiple certifications from Microsoft. In April 2015, they earned the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification. In January 2016, they obtained the MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager certification. Bradley also holds the Microsoft Azure Administrator certification, which they achieved in March 2020. Their latest certification is the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, obtained in July 2021.
