Brian Bell

Brian Bell, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Service Delivery Executive at ivision since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in IT management and service delivery. Previously, Brian held the position of Director of IT Field Services at Digital Agent from 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of engineers and managing tier 3 support and escalations. Earlier roles include IT Engineer, IT Support Professional II at Georgia Institute of Technology, Systems Analyst/Office Manager at the University of Rochester, Network Technician/Webmaster for the Town of Irondequoit, Systems Administrator, and IS Supervisor at Mercury Print Productions, as well as Student Technician at St. Lawrence University. Brian earned an MBA from St. John Fisher Bittner School of Business and a BS in Mathematics/Education from St. Lawrence University.
