Dimitrios Catechis has extensive experience in the technology industry. Dimitrios currently works as a Senior Consultant at iVision, specializing in Microsoft 365. Prior to this, Dimitrios worked at DXC Technology as an Advisor Solution Architect, where they led various transformation engagements in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Dimitrios provided pre-sales support, developed statements of work, conducted assessments and workshops, and created project plans and implementation guides. Dimitrios also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Consultant and Solution Architect, focusing on planning, designing, and building messaging and Windows infrastructure systems. Dimitrios developed migration strategies and processes and led Exchange and Lotus Notes to Exchange migrations. Dimitrios began their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Technology Officer and later worked as a Network Manager / Systems Analyst at the National Bank of Canada.
Dimitrios Catechis holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manhattan College, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Dimitrios further pursued their education at Manhattan College and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from 1990 to 1992. Following this, Dimitrios attended Columbia University from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Certificate in Network and System Design. In addition to their formal education, Dimitrios has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include MCSA: Office 365 from Microsoft, Symantec Certified Specialist from Symantec, PMP: Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, MCSE: Server Infrastructure and MCSE: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft, and several others. Dimitrios also has future certifications planned, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, and CompTIA Sec+.
