Josh Miller

Josh Miller has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Josh is currently serving as a Senior Engineer at iVision, where they provide tier 3+ support, mentors teams, creates standard operating procedures, and collaborates on projects. Prior to this, they worked as an Escalations IT Systems Engineer at HonorBuilt, troubleshooting escalated tickets from various IT teams. Josh also gained experience as a Systems Engineer at StrongCord Systems, providing technical support, monitoring server infrastructure, and deploying virtual servers. Josh started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Citrix Systems, providing frontline support to enterprise customers. Before transitioning to the technology industry, Josh worked as a Network Administrator at Lake Pointe Church and as an Information Systems Manager at McLane Company, where they managed budgets and teams.

Josh Miller earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Tarleton State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Temple College, attending from 2000 to 2004.
