Randall Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of voice and data engineering. Randall began their career at Gold Kist Inc. where they worked as a Voice & Data Specialist for seven years, being promoted twice and leading several important projects. Randall then joined Chick-fil-A as a Voice Infrastructure Administrator & WAN Support Specialist, where they played an instrumental role in converting the Avaya PBX telephony system to a Cisco Voice & Unified Communications telephony system. Following this, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Network Voice Engineer, handling IP Telephony deployments and assisting with the configuration of Cisco Unified Communications Systems. Randall subsequently joined IBM as a Voice Network Engineer, handling IP Telephony deployments and coordinating with Telco vendors and site personnel for circuit delivery and cabling. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Engineer I at iVision.

Randall Williams attended DeVry University from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Prior to that, they attended Miami Springs Sr High from 1985 to 1987, although the field of study is not specified.

In terms of additional certifications, Randall Williams obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) from Cisco in September 2020. In June 2017, they earned the Express Collaboration Systems Engineer Representative certification from Pearson VUE.
