IVM S.p.A. is an interior outfitting company worldwide recognized among the highest-level players and a key contributor in the Cruise Ships turnkey outfitters field. 

The Company was founded in 1996, in Padova (Italy), and since then has been effective in the interior turnkey outfitting field mainly for Newbuilding Cruise Vessel projects, also extending its activities to Interiors Supplies, Mega Yachts and Luxury Buildings.

Furthermore, starting from 2005 on, IVM has set up the Cruise Ships Refit business founding in 2009 the parent company IVM USA inc., based in Miami (FL).

Both businesses, New Projects and Refits, have contributed to the progressive growth of the Company portfolio, supported by the Company organization development.

IVM S.p.A. organization is currently made by 90 people totally, including the foreign permanent established companies which are needed to manage abroad Yard activities. 

The Company organization has the flexibility required to fit the capacity to possible workload variations. 

IVM SpA has achieved the UNI EN ISO 9001 certificate in 2004 and is currently certified (UNI EN ISO 9001:2015) by DNV GL for “Design manufacture and assembly of naval fittings - EA Sector: 23-20 (See certificate no: 163832-2014-AQ-ITA-ACCREDIA) – 2023 certification process renewal has concluded successfully, waiting for renewal release.

All the marine environment executed projects have been realized in compliance with applicable rules updated to project date, i.e.: IMO, SOLAS, USPHS, ADA/PVAG.
