Your team is making calls. So why aren't the numbers moving?

Most telesales floors look busy. Dials are being made, the CRM is being updated, and someone is always blaming the leads.

Busy isn't the same as effective.

IVPC Performance works with Sales Directors, MDs, and Business Owners whose telesales teams are making the calls but not closing the numbers. We go onto your floor, find exactly where the calls are breaking down — stage by stage, agent by agent — and install a system that fixes it at the source.

Not a training day. Not a motivational session. A structured four-stage call system built around your agents, your calls, and your numbers.

Before any group work begins, we sit down with every agent individually. Their history, their current ratios, where their calls are dropping. Most training skips this entirely. That is why most training fades by the following Monday.

The IVPC framework covers every stage of the call:

Information — We listen before we present. Past, present, future. What has been tried, what is happening now, what they need to get to.

Verification — Interest is not intent. We verify before we pitch. Most agents skip this and spend weeks chasing people who were never going to buy.

Presentation — Built entirely on what the prospect has already confirmed. Not a script. Not a guess.

Close — Not a pressure moment. The natural conclusion of a conversation the prospect has largely led themselves.

The numbers track everything. Before, during, and after. Not gut feel. Not observation. The data from your floor every day.
Based in London and available globally — IVPC has worked across the UK, Europe and Southeast Asia. The system works on any floor, in any market.

The problem is never the leads. It is never the market. It is always somewhere on the call. We find it. We fix it. And we show you exactly where it was.
