Fred Clark

Fred Clark is the Corporate Secretary for Industrial SiloSource, Inc. and IVS Hydro, Inc. Fred has also served in various positions at the West Virginia Contractors Association, West Virginia Manufacturers Association, and the Clay Center Development Committee. Fred holds a Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
