Wayne Shepherd

Wayne Shepherd is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics industries. Currently serving as Vice President of US Sales at ivWatch, LLC since 2025, Wayne previously worked as a Business Development Executive at Pathnostics from 2024 to 2025, and held the position of Global Vice President of Sales at Grenova from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Wayne spent a decade at AccuVein Inc., where roles included VP of Health Systems and Vice President of Sales for the Eastern US. Additional experience includes leadership positions at BG Medicine, where Wayne was Global VP Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Market Development, and at Abbott (formerly Biosite), where Wayne served as Regional Sales Director, US Sr. Product Manager for BNP, and Account Executive. Wayne holds a B.S. in Marketing Education from Virginia Tech and a Master's in Business Administration from Averett University.
