Rupesh Gupta

Rupesh Gupta is an investment associate at IvyCap Ventures Advisors Private Limited since April 2023, with prior experience at J.P. Morgan as part of the investment banking division where a leveraged acquisition-financing deal was structured in the Indian automotive sector. Previously, Rupesh worked at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance as a special situations analyst, contributing to the management of $350 million in assets under management and identifying investment opportunities in IPOs and M&As. As chief equity dealer, Rupesh developed trade execution strategies and enhanced regulatory compliance processes. Early career experiences include a summer internship at India's International Movement to Unite Nations and at Jhunjhunwalas Finance. Rupesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, has completed an international MBA at EM Normandie Business School, and cleared Level 3 of the CFA program, in addition to earning a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics.
