In the year, 1994, Ivy League Career Services, was established to bridge the gap, between the education provided by educational institutes, such as schools/colleges, and the expertise needed to excel in competitive exams, careers and life.
Guiding Principles - In order to fulfill our brand promise and drive for further change, we devise 3 simple filters – what we call 3 pillars of our brand. To honor our brand - our processes, products, and everything about our organization should be, Designed around you. That is based on a greater understanding of the needs of the student or client, easy to experience, and backed by solid research. Not only are we committed to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in our dealings, with clients and candidates, we also aim to stand out from the rest, in many other important ways.
Actually, The standardized syllabus followed in schools and colleges serves its need excellently well for the educational purpose for which it is designed. Aptitude tests such as GMAT, SAT, GRE and IIM-CAT, require not only a different set of specific knowledge and its corresponding application but also a certain attitude and approach which is needed to handle the academically challenging courses and the future careers based on them. At IvyLeague, we know that aptitude tests such as GMAT, SAT, GRE and IIM-CAT, are designed by experts in psychometrics, a super specialised area of psychology and not by teachers of English and Mathematics. So all our test prep programs are designed by psychologists experts in psychometrics and modified according to class needs by the experienced teachers who deliver the programs according to the needs of the students. Our Psychometric experts know the tests inside-out and help you beat them. We research the best of test-prep programs available in the world and their pros & cons. We take inputs from students, parents and teachers, so that we can design programs according to the needs and wants of students.
