Vlado Mitev

Vlado Mitev has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Vlado started their career at RSC D.O.O. "River Soft Computers" in 1995, where they served as the Managing Director, Operational Manager, and Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing all sectors and departments, handling purchases and imports, establishing business relationships with foreign suppliers, and coordinating with distributors and resellers. Vlado also focused on expanding the business, organizing distribution networks, participating in tenders, managing software implementation teams, conducting market research, setting prices, developing marketing strategies, managing the service department, and overseeing financial matters. Additionally, they were responsible for maintaining ISO9001 standards, conducting employee auditions, and organizing team building activities. In 2016, they joined Datalab as the Managing Director until 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Executive Officer at IWConnect starting from March 2020.
