Emilie Hindle has extensive experience in talent and people management, currently serving as the Head of People for Tech and UK Lending at iwoca since May 2017. Prior roles include positions at Nutmeg and various Talentful engagements, where Emilie focused on talent partnering and recruitment. Emilie is responsible for overseeing recruitment and people matters within teams including Tech, Analytics, and Product, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and manager development. With a solid foundation in technical recruitment and administration, Emilie has developed expertise in enhancing employee experiences and wellbeing initiatives throughout their career. Education includes A Levels from Southend High School for Girls 6th Form College and 10 A GCSEs from St. Bernards High School for Girls.
