Max Blatiak

Max Blatiak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Max is currently working as a Business Insights Strategy Lead at iwoca since November 2022. Prior to this, Max worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Analytics Manager - Customer Analytics from August 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they delivered customer-focused insight projects across core retail banking products, leveraging SQL, Python, and Power BI for end-to-end project delivery.

Before joining Lloyds, Max was at KPMG UK, where they served as an Assistant Manager in Data from October 2020 to August 2021. Max also worked as a Data Analyst in Financial Services Consulting from October 2017 to October 2020. At KPMG, they were involved in projects such as Customer Due Diligence Platform Implementation for a large multinational retail bank, where they worked on ETL pipeline development using tools like PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, and GitBash.

Max Blatiak completed their MEng Civil Engineering degree at the University of Bath from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended ACS Cobham International School from 2001 to 2012.
