Scott Simpkin is currently the Head of Sales at Iwoca, where they lead a team focused on finding and funding great UK SMEs. With nearly a decade of experience in startups and SMEs, Scott has successfully raised over £100,000,000 for more than 100 businesses and has mentored over 50 startups, specializing in fundraising and pitch deck development. They previously held senior roles at Seedrs Europe Limited and Republic, overseeing equity crowdfunding efforts and business development teams. Scott is a co-founder of two ventures, Waggle-It and Buzzer Feedback, and has also served as a mentor at various accelerator programs. Educated at the University of Durham, Scott earned a BA in Geography.
