Jeff Phelps

Jeff Phelps is the CEO and Co-Founder of iWorkGlobal. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, starting with Maurice, Phelps, Ferrer & Associates. In 1997 they joined the Nelson Family of Companies as the SVP & Chief Operating Officer of Accountants Plus LLC. Jeff was responsible for turning around the existing business and increasing revenues by 30% in 2 years. In 2012 they co-founded Nelson Compliance, which merged with iWorkGlobal in 2017.
