John Heffer

John Heffer has extensive experience in the field of data analytics and audit services, currently serving as a Partner at BDO UK LLP since May 2005. In this role, John leads a team specializing in audit data analytics and digital innovation initiatives. Previously, John held the position of Director at BDO UK LLP, where responsibilities included supporting financial audit teams and developing tools to enhance the efficiency and value of audit data analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Group Project Manager at Numerica, where John oversaw project management and business case justifications for various programs, and as Director at Burnett Swayne, where management of an accounting software division and internal IT department was key. John's career began as a Financial Auditor, managing a portfolio of clients in various sectors after progressing from a trainee role. Education was completed at St Mary's College from September 1981 to June 1989.
