Ryan McDowell is a Global Payroll Manager at BDO UK LLP since April 2020, having previously worked at Equiniti from November 2015 to April 2020 in various payroll roles such as Interim Payroll Team Manager and NHS Payroll Specialist. Before entering the payroll sector, Ryan studied International Politics and Conflict Studies at Queen's University Belfast from 2012 to 2015, following their education at Grosvenor Grammar School from 2005 to 2012.
