Sam Boundy

Sam Boundy is a seasoned Tax Partner at BDO UK LLP, specializing in transaction tax advisory services for corporates, private equity funds, and portfolio companies, with expertise in tax due diligence, structuring, and IPOs. With over 14 years of experience in international M&A and UK real estate, Sam has a particular focus on Chinese, Hong Kong, and Singaporean investments in the UK and continental Europe. Previously, Sam served as a Tax Director at BDO and as a Director at EY, along with roles as a Corporate Tax Solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard and Osborne Clarke. Sam's academic credentials include a LPC from the University of the West of England and a PGDL from Nottingham Trent University, complemented by a degree in Politics and East Asian Studies from Newcastle University.
