Steph Carr is a Director in BDO UK’s Global Employer Services team, specializing in the tax, social security, and payroll implications of international employment, with an emphasis on global equity for cross-border employees. Since joining BDO UK in November 2021, Carr has advised on various international work scenarios, including assignments and remote work, catering to both small and large organizations. Previous experience at BDO UK includes roles as Associate Director and Tax Manager, along with an Assistant Manager position at EY. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Tax Adviser designation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a MA (Cantab) in Natural Sciences with Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.
