Steve Carr

Steve Carr is the Managing Director of Debt Advisory at BDO, a position held since 2022, specializing in lower mid-market debt advisement, particularly for private equity-backed businesses. Prior to BDO, Steve served as a Corporate Finance Director in Debt Advisory from 2019 to 2022 and held various roles at Lloyds Bank, including Credit Analyst and Manager in Commercial Banking between 1999 and 2008. Steve has a background in leveraged finance and private equity, complemented by qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
