Tom Flint

Tom Flint is an experienced professional currently serving as the Resource and Coordination Manager at BDO UK LLP since March 2020. Prior to this role, Tom worked at KPMG UK from February 2011 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 40 support staff as a Performance Manager, coordinating training, overseeing appraisals, and leading recruitment efforts.
