Marcel Kloosterman

Marcel Kloosterman is the Deputy Director at IXA UvA-HvA, where they facilitate knowledge transfer and assist researchers in turning their discoveries into practical applications. With past experience as a Senior Advisor at Oude Avenhuis & Van Dijk B.V. and an Advisor in Research Funding at IXA, Marcel has focused on project subsidies, innovation, and collaboration within academic and industry settings. Marcel holds a Master's Degree in Physics from the University of Twente and has engaged in various professional development courses since then. Additionally, they have served as Acting Director and Team Leader for the Research Grant Advise team at UvA and AUAS, further demonstrating their leadership in research funding and grant advising.
